\n– Minimum rental charge is one day (24 h)
\n– Minimum drivers\u2019 age is 21 years.
\n– Rental charges must be paid in cash or by credit card
\n– VAT is included in price.
\n– Unlimited mileage for territory of Montenegro.
\n– Fuel is not included in price.
\n– Customer is obliged to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as during pick-up.
\n– Crossing State border is not allowed without written permission from TOP CAR RENT A CAR.
\n– Parking and traffic fines are client\u2019s responsibility.
\n– In the case of lost keys or documents, the \u20ac500,00 fine must be paid.
\n– Special rates are provided for long term rental.
